History
Aerospace Training Services was established in 1996 to provide quality maintenance training and support to General Aviation, Regional Passenger Transport Industries and the aviation elements of the Australian Defence Forces. Since then ATS has extended its training to include apprenticeship and traineeship programs, and a Higher Schools Certificate (NSW) program designed to introduce all students, male and female, to the aviation industry.
Facilities
ATS's primary training facility is located at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Nowra, NSW (Australia). The museum offers a wide range of excellent amenities including ample parking, restaurant, snack bar, aviation models aa well as impresive aircraft and engine displays.
The museum offers an expansive array of aviation knowledge and training materials to ATS and its students. A majority of the maintenance of all aircraft displayed inside the museum is undertaken by the students of ATS in accordance with industry standards, simulating the real aviation industry environment. The hands on experience that our students are provided with is just one of the many aspects of ATS that sets us apart from our competitors.
Accommodation is available a short distance from the Museum in Nowra.
